We are thrilled you have chosen to showcase your Indian wedding on DesiWeds! Every wedding is special, and we absolutely want to know more about yours! While we would love to feature every wedding submitted, below is a list of what our visitors are most interested in seeing.
- Visitors want to see real couples whose wedding oozed their personality at every turn.
- Real weddings of Desi couples who consider the US home.
- US couples who hosted a destination wedding, including ancillary events.
- Budget is not a factor. Style and the ability to personalize your own event is what matters to our visitors.
- We love featuring the smallest details. Tell us everything.
- Your creativity or the unique elements that made your wedding special is what shines.
We like to see moments captured in your images, while a photo of the entire ballroom is nice we are far more interested in seeing the individual place setting and centerpiece, the party favors, stationery on the table, or other details you personally selected. We love seeing how couples incorporate their mom’s sari or grandmother’s jewelry. Those special things that are meaningful to you are what makes it special enough for us showcase.
We are always searching for unique content to share here at DesiWeds, so if you have already submitted to other blogs or magazines, please let us know.
Do not submit if a submission is pending elsewhere. We are looking for features to share that will be exclusively featured at DesiWeds. As such, once your feature has been accepted for publication on our platform, we do ask for exclusivity and that you do not submit to another blog or magazine. This excludes the couple, family/friends or wedding professionals who will share it on social media or their own website.

Please use the form below to showcase your Indian wedding story and include a link to download the images. Provide vendor information from each vendor hired or involved in your wedding. Include their website and social media handle as well.
We respond to every wedding-related submission within a week. If you don’t hear from us within 2 weeks, please be sure to follow up to ensure we did in fact receive your submission.
IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS
- Images should be at least 1000px wide (but not larger than 3000px wide), do not send collages (only single file images)
- No watermarks
- Send 25-50 images for us to consider. If we need more, we’ll reach out to you
DISCLAIMER
You hereby assume responsibility or ownership of the copyrighted work you submit to DesiWeds. We ask that you include all vendors that assisted with your wedding. Please be aware that we will not respond to submissions without images and a full listing of wedding professionals.
CORRECTIONS
If you notice a broken link, tag, typo or mix-up in the vendor list, please email us at contact@desiweds.com. We don’t check DMs as quickly as emails and comments left on social media channels are easy to miss. If you have recently rebranded and have an older feature with us, please make sure to include a 301 redirect with your hosting company or site. We’re online M-F during regular business hours CST.
