The time has come for you to loosen the reigns and pass the details along to someone else.  We highly recommend that if you do not have a Wedding Planner, that you entrust a close friend or family member to take care of details on wedding day.  Revisit our Wedding Planner post to consider this option.

Things to do:

• Schedule final meetings with all wedding professionals. Make sure they have the final timeline for wedding day and all final details are in place. These meetings should take place 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding and make all final payments at this time.  
• Décor, catering and venue likely will be a quick call or meeting since you have already had your logistics meetings in advance.
• For all other professionals, make sure they are clear as to the expectations on wedding day. Give your photographer a detailed listing of the photos to be taken after the ceremony and reception.
