Hello Beautiful!

These are a few items that are left to be done as you get closer to wedding day. They don’t necessarily fit into a specific category, but it is helpful to take care of these early on before things get hectic.

• Create a condensed version of your itinerary for your bridal party and family so that everyone is following the same schedule
• Assign someone responsible for things that need to be setup on wedding day 
  • This could be your wedding planner or other person you have helping you
  • This includes things like photos you want displayed, cake server set, champagne flutes, unity candle, etc.  
• Give your guest count one final review and inform your venue coordinator and your planner of your final count
• Move into your new space
• Steam or iron everything you need for wedding day
• Put any “day of” payments in envelopes (clergy, limo, tips, etc.) and give them to a sibling or parent to pass out on wedding day.
